Air Pumping Ltd has been trading for over forty years now, and as such have built up a large selection of stock spares. We are a master distributor for major brands including Ingersoll Rand, ARO, Wilden Pump, Graco, DEPA, Blagdon,  Keller Pumpen, SandPIPER, Yamada, Sotera Pumps, Versa-MATIC, SSP, Samoa, Sanseal and more. We have obsolete and superseeded parts so if you are looking for something that may be difficult to locate please feel free to give us a call. If we cannot help we may know someone or have a solution either way having dealt with similar issues over the years. Our main aim is to keep your process continuing.

As a master distributor we source Diaphragm Pumps straight from the manufacturer, our long standing knowledge and experience of pumps means we can supply our customers with the best specified product for their needs. We can supply fully built units right down to the lube to go onto the o-rings! It is important to note: when choosing your pump you will need to check that the product you are transfering has a positive chemical compatibility to the construction of the unit, if not failure could be very quick. This also can explain irregular service intervals or bad reliability from your diaphragm pump!

We offer installation and bespoke construction options on a variety of our own products, with niche systems for many needs, including the Varimix anti-freeze and water mixing machine, ADP auto drain plugs and Viper pressure test rigs. One of our more popular solutions for on-site engineers are our trolley mounted double diaphragm pump units, featuring anti-static charge earthing wires, off-road tyres, stainless metallic construction, air filter regulators and quick hose connections to get you pumping. If you would like a pump with specific ancillaries we will be more than happy to design and create a package that suits you.

We also offer a large air pump hire fleet with most construction options available off-the-shelf. With port sizes ranging from ½" right up to 3", and next day delivery as standard these units can get you out of a tight spot. The majority of our units come on trolleys for ease of portability, and all pumps come fitted with air regulators and claw fittings for maximum speed of operation. These pumps can be ideal to act as a standby for any process systems that have failed, or even for emergency dewatering pump systems in overflow areas or flood plains.
