Due to our complex computer software we can offer our customers sign writing of any type or style, we can also offer our customers:

We create and uphold an extensive range of machinery which includes waterjet cutting and laser. We can finish our components in either glass bead blasting or in a different range of polishing, which is completed by our in-house polishing shop.

Our design team is highly experienced and qualified, based in our purpose built design facility where they use the latest hardware and software.

We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including:

We use AutoCad and SolidWorks drawing/modeling software, alongside programs designed by ourselves to increase accuracy and speed, this reduces client drawing/detailing times.

Due to our customized version of Sigmanest software it has allowed us to perform complicated nesting programmes. This maintains the efficient working of our waterjet cutting machines and laser which are controlled by computers.

Due to our reputation we are acknowledged as a specialist in stainless steel fabrication. Our factory of 2,600 sq. meters has an overhead lifting capacity of 6,064 kilos, which gives us the range to be able to part or fully fabricate in-house on customer requests. All jobs big or small are undertaken with precision and care.

Due to our facilities at ABC Stainless Ltd we offer to our clients a vast range of material finishes for fabrications, keeping the manufacturing to one direct supplier.

Our facilities for blasting and polishing

POLISHING - We polish from a range of dull through to mirror materials at all grade. To obtain a mirror finish we build up the shine using different grades of polishing wheels.

BLASTING - We use a in-house purpose built segregated facilities. We offer this service to a wide range of surface finish for example aluminium oxide blasting, grit and bead.

Our tanks and vessels are made at ABC Stainless are custom made to BSEN 288 standards, which includes all weld procedures undertaken by BSEN 287-1 coded welders.

ABC Stainless also offers pressure vessels to BS5500 cat 3 including all the documentation and arrangement of third party inspection. Our tanks and vessels fabricated come with The Department of Water Industries approval of ABC Stainless storage process tanks and vessels for use in public water supplies. (Regulation 1989 no.1147).

Combining the latest cutting technology and CNC programming software gives high quality cut items. Combining advanced materials nesting package full utilisation of product can be achieved making a cost effective production.

The flat bed cutting area allows fabrication of 3 metres x 1.5 metres, with material thickness from 0.5 mm up to 8 mm in stainless and carbon steel. This method material is profiled both accurately and quickly to tolerances of +/-0.125 mm.

Our site work is done by mobile teams of qualified experienced personnel. They are supplied on daily rates and/or contracted for a time period depending on clients' needs.
