We specialise in architectural stainless steel fabrication and are able to fully or part fabricate in-house due to our overhead lifting capacity of 6,064 kilos. We provide every job with precision and care regardless of size. We provide bespoke stainless steel fabrication fabrication to meet individual budgets and create a fantastic range of specialist equipment.

We specialise in bespoke design from small decorative plant pots to large unique sculptures. We provide a comprehensive design and fabrication service to suit your location and situational requirements. Our fantastic facilities enable us to manufacture almost anything in stainless steel. We use complex computer software to produce bespoke designs and we offer sign writing in a variety styles.

We provide an extensive range of material finishes for fabrications, keeping the manufacturing to one direct supplier. We have advanced facilities for blasting and polishing finishing. 

These include:

• Polishing - We polish from a range of dull through to mirror materials at all grade. To obtain a mirror finish we build up the shine using different grades of polishing wheels
• Blasting - We use a in-house purpose built segregated facilities. We offer this service to a wide range of surface finish for example aluminium oxide blasting, grit and bead

We manufacture bespoke hygienic tanks and vessels to BSEN 288 standards including welding procedures by BSEN 287-1 coded welders. Our innovative hygienic tanks and vessels include all the documentation, arrangement of third party inspection and the Department of Water Industries approval for use in public water supplies.

We use the latest laser cutting technology together with CNC programming software to provide cost effective, high quality cut items. Our flat bed laser cutting area enables fabrication of 3 metres x 1.5 metres, with material thickness from 0.5 mm up to 8 mm in stainless and carbon steel. This method material is profiled both accurately and quickly to tolerances of +/-0.125 mm.

Our highly qualified and experienced mobile team provide onsite installation services. Our onsite installation personnel are supplied on daily rates and/or contracted for a time period depending on your needs.

We specialise in the manufacture of pipework. We use the latest facilities to design and manufacture pipework fabrications to meet your specifications with hydrostatic test certification.
