The Jaeggi hybrid dry cooler is an interesting alternative to other evaporative cooling systems, demonstrating technical advantages over cooling towers, dry coolers and adiabatic coolers - and can provide significant savings in utility consumptions and operating costs.
It is a combination of dry air cooled heat exchanger during cold and moderate seasons with additional deluged evaporative cooling during higher ambient temperatures.
Used in air conditioning, refrigerant condensing, industrial and process cooling applications to achieve below ambient cooling where it is characterised by:
