Fixed installation usually consist of an inside unit with evaporator, sleek and complementary in design with some units even in basic colours & an outside unit with the condenser stood or hung in a non obtrusive place taking as little room as possible.

New technology has brought through the wall units back in to fashion, slightly bigger than a large radiator and has no need for unsightly compressors and is the Ideal solution for flats and strict planning areas.

Both of the above come in heat mode variants which will warm in winter as well as cool you down in the summer months, reverse cycle units as they are also known are economical, space saving and relatively cost effective to run making them an ideal choice for the office, shop, temporary building and domestic.

Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) - a common type of air conditioning used in many buildings today, same as vrv installation usually consist of 1 or 2 outside condensers enabling the supply of both hot and cold simultaneously from 12 areas and above. The inside units the evaporators comes in many shapes and sizes to suit your needs these are usually floor mounted units similar to fan assisted convector radiators but can also be a mix of high output cassettes or ceiling mount units.

Although the VRV's can also supply your computer room with cooling we strongly recommend keeping the cooling needs of your computer room and severs separate that's why we give you this FREE " that's right" install a VRV system of 12 rooms and more and we will supply your computer room free of charge, subject to site survey and conditions.

Multi split systems are all serviced from a large compressor unit usually mounted on the roof for energy foot print saving reasons but can also be mounted at ground floor level were space is not an issue.

VRV's come in heat pump mode supplying your office with a one step solution for cooling in summer and heating in winter all in the same convenient package. Also known as reverse cycle units they are economical to run, space saving and relatively cost effective making them an ideal choice for the office.

On larger installations it will become necessary to have your split units hard wired to your distribution board. All electrical work is under taken by ourselves including Distribution Boards and Plant Room Control panels and will be carried out by our qualified engineers.

Air Handling Units also work on the principle of a single or twin roof top unit, this unit can cool, heat and purify then force the handled air though ducting, to your specified areas were individual temperature controlling is of less importance.

Ducted type systems offer a cost effective cooling & ventilation solution to areas or separate rooms all from the same roof top unit.

Standard Cover Maintenance Contract.
Our contract includes two yearly visits to carry out a full service on all equipment. A yearly breakdown call-out between normal office hours (9am – 5pm) is  provided free of charge but there will be a charge for the time spent on site.

Emergency breakdown call outs out of normal office hours

(9am – 5pm Mon – Fri ) will be charged at our normal hourly rate for call out plus time spent on site.

5 Star - Gold Cover Maintenance Contract
Our Gold Cover Maintenance Contract will include 3 visits a year to carry out a full service on all equipment.

A yearly breakdown 24 hours cover including weekends and bank holidays is provided free of charge.

All parts, materials and labour are also included.
