Our extensive dust control systems provide a range of air handling systems suited to many requirements. We offer customers a complete design and installation service of new equipment and modifications and upgrades for existing equipment.

Our dust control systems are in accordance to BOHS P601 and current legislations covered by LEV, COSHH, ATEX, and DSEAR. These systems can be ideal for an array of industry sectors including food, pharmaceutical, automotive, and rail plant.  

We supply a range of dust and fume extraction systems for new equipment. We can also offer dust and fume extraction services and modification on existing items and provide upgrades. Our dust and fume extraction systems are in accordance to LEV testing P601.

Our installations and solutions use the HSE HSG258 guidelines to find the exact combination of capture hoods, ducting and additional equipment. All HSE and environmental legislation are all considered as well as the manufacturing processes and materials used.

Our comprehensive COSHH / LEV testing service / inspection of LEV plant services mean systems are tested every 14 months to verify and maintain efficiency.

COSHH / LEV testing service / inspection of LEV plant ensure a safer working environment and improved dust monitoring. We also provide a regular, periodic maintenance on a range of dust extraction equipment on a six month basis.

We provide monitoring of hazardous substances in accordance with COSHH regulations. Our monitoring services are completed with a full report and cover monitoring of gravimetric pumps, laser monitors and gas pumps.

Our expert employees offer an in-depth maintenance service specialising in air pollution control. Our experience and knowledge of equipment and environments means we can provide cost-effective alternatives to using in-house maintenance personnel.

We can supply a selection of replacement parts for every component in your air pollution and dust collection system. Our replacement parts include filter bags and cartridges, pulse and solenoid valves, cages, control panels and instrumentation, and pulse timer boards.
