250kg to 1000kg Capacity Lightweight (Aluminium housing) pneumatic hoists suitable for applications where duty is onerous. The compact design improves handling whilst maintaining high performance. Red Rooster pneumatic hoists comply with the European Machinery Directive and are CE marked.

9 tonne to 75 tonne Capacity. A comprehensive range of quality pneumatic hoists suitable for both industrial and marine environments. They are particularly suited to environments where there is a risk of explosion due to inflammable gases or where the duty is onerous. Red Rooster pneumatic hoists comply with the European Machinery Directive and are CE marked.

Red Rooster manufacture a range of low headroom combined hoists and trolleys that are designed to meet the customers requirements, not just modifying your needs to fit what
suppliers can offer as standard.

Push trolleys may be supplied with pneumatic hoists up to 5 tonnes capacity. Geared trolleys may be supplied with hoist up to 10 tonnes capacity. Subject to customer requirements the trolley will accept either a 'hook in' or a 'built in' hoist.

All the features of the type SWLD tensile link with the type SWLPC display are incorporated into this range, but without the requirement for a cable connection between the two. Instead, communication is by FM wave band digital radio signal (DTI approved, no license required). Communication is via antenna totally enclosed within the link itself and a flexible antenna projecting from the display handle, which is highly resistant to impact damage.

Thanks to our 'in house' design and manufacturing capability (BS/EN/ISO 9001) Red Rooster are able to design and manufacture to order, all types of load measuring pins and plates etc., tailored for a specific application. Materials include stainless and nickel steel, high tensile steels and Duralloy.
