Ajax Tocco International is the UK Service Centre for the Global giant in induction, Ajax TOCCO Magnethermic Corporation, with World Headquarters based in Warren Ohio, USA.

The purpose built UK Service Centre houses specialist departments who compliment each-other to offer complete support for the induction heating industry.

Ajax TOCCO design and manufacture all types of power delivery items including water-cooled power leads, busbars, coils and inductors. Delivering consistency, quality and meeting expectations on delivery and price without compromise. Its Field Service Engineers are highly trained to deal with preventative maintenance, servicing, and crucial emergency repairs supported through our vast stocks of critical spare parts for a variety of makes of equipment. Ajax TOCCO also promote self sufficiency by providing tailored training courses to meet the requirements of the Customers own employees; delivered either at the Customers site or our own Service centre.

Our in-house Contract Induction Heat-treatment Department consisting of seventeen induction machines operates both day and at night ensure a speedy turn around for Customers requiring heat treatment of their own products from one offs to continuous production through a purpose designed cell. Process verification and control procedures are monitored by our metallurgical and quality staff ensures consistently high standards are sustained and which are supported through our ISO 9001/2000 procedures.

Three tempering furnaces contribute to a complete ‘one-stop’ heat-treatment facility for induction processed parts.
