Vibratory Feeders

Right Angled Vibratory Feeder (1)
Electro-magnetic drive positioned at right angles and above a drying oven mesh belt giving a slow and even discharge of product.

Electro-Magnetic Drive Conveyor (2)
4500 mm long electro-magnetic drive conveyor, feeding components directly from a plating barrel discharge station on to a drying oven.

Mechanical Shaker Drive Conveyor (3)
6000 mm long mechanical shaker drive conveyor with two floor discharge points. On demand from packaging equipment position below, the floor gates automatically open and fill the intake hoppers.

Tubular Feeder (4)
A suspended tubular conveyor driven by two vibrator motors and having quick release access doors at the front and rear.

Heavy Duty Bulk Storage Feeder (5)
Heavy-duty electro-magnetic drive bulk storage feeders. Available in 250, 500 and 750 litre capacity.

KF 1E Feeding Crisps (6)
The KF 1E from the standard range of electro-magnetic drive units, and having the advantage of bolt on feed trays.
The KF 1, KF 1E, KF 2G, KF 2E and KF 3G can accommodate feed tray sizes ranging from 250 mm to 1500 mm long.

Twin Motor Drive Vibratory Screen (7)
A twin vibrator motor drive vibratory screen. Incorporating quick release modular screen decks and anti clogging balls. Designed to separate plus 5.0 mm and minus 0.5 mm particles from freeze dried coffee at a rate of 300 litres per minute.

Component Handling

Mesh Belt Furnace Loading (1)
A hydraulically operated bulk container tipper and an electro-magnetic drive feed system allows a mesh belt furnace to be automatically loaded with an even and continuous bed depth of components.

Electro-Plating Barrel Loading (2)
A hydraulically operated bulk container tipper, an electro-magnetic drive feed system, a mechanically operated bucket elevator and a retracting discharge chute automatically loads the plating barrel with a predetermined batch by weight or volume.

Electro-Plating Barrel Un-Loading (3)
An electro-magnetically driven feed system and a mesh belt conveyor with sidewalls and cross flights receive a finished batch of components from the plating barrel. The infinitely variable speed control units allow a unified depth of components to be discharged on to the mesh belt conveyor and pass below oiling spray bars.

Shaker Hearth Furnace Loading (4)
A magnetic elevator and vibratory feed system are used to raise components to a high level and fill the weigh pan to a predetermined weight. On demand from a process timer the pneumatically operated weigh pan gate will allow product to discharge directly onto the shaker hearth giving an even and constant bed depth.

Bowl Feeder Loading Systems

Low Level Bulk Hopper (1)
Mechanically operated single tip bucket elevator. In conjunction with a vibratory feed system is used to automatically load a bowl feeder on demand from a level detector positioned within the Bowl Feeder.

Tote Pan Tipper (2)
Loaded by the operator through a down loading front door, the tote pans are transferred – via an elevator lift platform – and emptied into a high level storage hopper mounted over a vibratory feeder. This will discharge components on demand from a paddle switch positioned within the bowl feeder.

The empty tote pans return automatically to the loading door at the end of each cycle.

The bulk hopper has high and low level detectors and is able to receive the contents of three or four standard tote pans.

Bulk Container Lift &

  • Hydraulically operated bulk container tippers.
  • Designed to suit customer stillages.
  • Fully automatic control with electrically interlocked
  • Front access gate.
  • Up to 2500 kg lift capacity.

Bulk Decanting System

  • Transfers Components From Bulk Containers To Tote Tins Or Boxes
  • Increases Productivity
  • Safer Handling Of Components
  • Eliminates Manual Decanting
  • Batch Weigh Or Weigh Count

Ideal for feeding fasteners, pressings and castings etc. from a bulk storage container into tote tins, bags or boxes. Comprising of a hydraulically operated bulk container tipper, an electro-magnetic vibratory feed system and a user-friendly digital weigh control unit.

This system is semi-automatic, requiring only one operator to achieve the same output previously achieved by several personnel.

Magnetic Elevators

Available with moving magnets or fixed magnets with moving belt.

The moving magnets elevator has no external moving parts and allows a vertical lift of components from an integral hopper.

Belt Elevator

Belt elevator with side walls and cross flights mounted on a mobile framework.

Rota Flow Barrelling Process System

The Rota-flow is a fully automated process machine, which gives a unique reciprocating action and is used for such processes as:

  • Bright Dipping
  • Cleaning/Washing
  • Pickling
  • Chromating
  • Chemical Blacking
  • Phosphating, etc

Rota-flow can be used for any process requiring agitation and transfer, which is made from barrel to barrel. Any number of barrels can be used to suit the chemical sequence. The barrel unit, which is the only moving part, is hydraulically operated, actuating constant shockless reversals of the barrel, which produce an agitated rocking action during processing. On a signal from the process timer the barrel makes one complete revolution, transferring the work from one barrel to the next.
