We create a large majority of our products using extrusion blow moulding and work with a range of materials including HDPE, LDPE, PP, and PET. Products like our plastic food packaging and plastic bottles benefit from extrusion blow moulding techniques including the use of six functional layers, including an oxygen barrier.

Our technologies include PET stretch blow moulding capabilities. Our containers and bottles containing PET are manufactured using PET stretch blow moulding and a two-step process.

Another one of our technologies include injection blow moulding. This facility suits a range of market sectors especially the beauty care industry, where packaging can help define the choice of product. Injection blow moulding is used to create bottle, jars and deodorant roll-on applicators. These products are usually manufactured from PET, PP or PE.  

Our injection moulding technologies help to manufacture pre-forms out of PET and caps made from PE, PP or PS. Our range of capabilities like injection moulding allows us to create specific packaging perfect for requirement. 

Our tube manufacturing capabilities include our advanced extrusion blow moulding technology. We can supply tube manufacturing in PP, HDPE and LPDE. Our technologies allow often allow us to render the latest fashions into our packaging designs.
