CP Cases Ltd
CP Cases Ltd design and manufacture specialist protective cases, flight cases and 19 inch electronic racks.
We have sales and production units located in Isleworth, close to London Heathrow Airport and in Aberdeen with a sales office in France.
CP Cases Services several industries including the defence, broadcast, media, offshore and medical industries with protective packaging and storage systems that often integrates different materials, including foam cushioning to meet customers exact specifications.
Flight Cases
Plywood flight cases are manufactured to the highest quality and our design team are experts in creating intricate solutions to customer application requirements creating extremely complex flight cases.
Aluminium Cases
CP manufacture a wide range of protective aluminium cases in standard or made to measure sizes. CP produces an exclusive range of stylish aluminium camera cases for all the latest cameras including the Sony HDW F900.
Each case can be fitted with unique divider or custom cut foam to meet any accessory or packaging requirement.
Bespoke Bags (OEM Bags)
Unique protective bags are designed, prototyped and manufactured in our London factory. Bespoke bags can be reinforced with HPP or padded for excellent protection. For quantities of 1 to 1000s our design team can create bespoke bags in an extensive range of materials.
19 Inch Electronic Racks
Both fixed frame and anti vibration mounted CP Cases has the widest range of 19” racks available anywhere. Racks can be fitted with state-of-the-art thermoelectric air conditioning units or compressor A/C systems. Our racks come in aluminium (E-Rack), rotomoulded polyethylene (Amazon Racks), plywood (ProRack) or lightweight reinforced textiles (SatRack) with our lightest rack weighing only 9KG for a 4U rack making it ideal for commercial airline transport as check on baggage.
For more sensitive equipment CP Cases manufacture 19” racks that comply with US and UK TEMPEST standards as well as a range of EMC protected racks.
Bespoke Rotomoulding
Rotomoulded polyethylene is the ideal material for protective packaging, offering the highest resistance to shock, drop and other forms of damage.
Our bespoke rotomoulding service can create you OEM cases for your desired application for quantities as little as 250 pieces. For standard sizes please see our Amazon cases.
Foam Engineering
Protective foam can be intricately cut to offer extreme protection from shock damage. Fitted to all our products as well the complete range of Peli Cases our foam protection service offers you the piece of mind of exceptional protection.
Amazon Cases
Amazon is our latest range of ruggidised rotomoulded cases and 19” racks. Designed to tough military specifications (MIL-STD-810F) these cases are ideal for protecting valuable or sensitive equipment during transport, storage or during in field operation. Amazon cases & 19 inch racks are watertight, airtight, dust, sand and blowing rain resistant. They are also UV stable and rated IP65.
Our latest range of sizes are designed to fit C-130 Hercules pallets.
