We specialise in the manufacture of bi-planar chains & conveyor spare parts. Spare parts for most overhead conveyors are available, from standard conveyor chain components to drive units to pendant attachments. Special radii track bends in various finishes and material specifications can be accommodated. We also stock an array of parts for belt conveyors and roller lineshaft conveyors.

Overhead and Inverted Power Chain Conveyor Systems utilise a powered continuous chain arrangement, carrying a series of single pendants. The same principal is also used to push a trolley as shown in the diagram to the right. Because of the modular design; installations, system re-arrangements and extensions can be carried out quickly and easily.

Standard vertical and horizontal bends of varying radius and angles are available together with a wide range of spinners, indexers, automatic loaders and unloaders. This means that virtually all process requirements and the most testing of routing configurations can be accommodated.

Amber Automation has a range of floor conveyors which can be used to transport and accumulate cartons, totes and other unit loads. These conveyors are used to transport and hold product for release to other work stations or into a sortation conveyor system.

Floor conveyors are available in either “Minimum Line Pressure” or “Zero Line Pressure” configurations and are available in a variety of conveyor widths, roller pitches, roller diameters and speeds to suit the load requirement and throughputs.
