U-PVC  Extruded Sheets are manufactured in a smooth finish. All sizes, custom colours with or without. protection. Used extensively in the plastic fabrication industry.

PPC Extruded Sheet is available as standard in natural and black with a smooth finish. This very popular and versatile product has distinct advantages over homopolymer (PPH), the most important is its improved impact strength and lower working temperatures. All sheets are supplied with a protective pe-film to the top surface as standard (both sides on request). Colour matching is available, however a minimum order quantity applies.

LDPE Extruded Sheet with a smooth finish is available from stock in natural. Featuring soft and highly flexible characteristics making it an ideal choice in areas such as packaging, orthopaedic and car industries.

HDPE (PE 300) Extruded Sheets are manufactured predominantly with a smooth surface. Available from 1mm to 50mm as standard, HDPE is a highly versatile product. PE300 is easily welded and machined with a temperature range from -20°C to +90°C. PE300 is a popular choice for many applications including construction, leisure and food industries.

Extruded Nylon 6 (PA 6E) Sheet is stocked in natural and black. Commonly used in favour of bronze, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals due to the significant weight advantage. Nylon can absorb up to 8% water, this increases shock and vibration resistance but leads to dimensional changes. Black (MoS2) has improved sliding properties, wear resistance, lower surface friction and like all black products has enhanced UV resistance over natural.

PVC Foam White is manufactured with a fine textured surface and is supplied as standard with film protection to one side (2mm and above). This extremely light weight product (S.G. between 0.55 to 0.70 g/cm3) can easily be printed, painted, cut and shaped to customer requirements. Typical applications include sign and display markets.

PVC Foam Coloured is manufactured with a fine textured surface and supplied as standard with film protection to one side. Available from stock in all colours shown, this lightweight product (S.G. 0.80 g/cm3) offers customers a choice over our white sheet.

Dependant on whether you are looking for Foam PVC sheets or Rigid PVC sheets, we stock a number of sizes, styles and thicknesses. Rigid PVC is stocked in colours of white, clear and pastel; pastel shades are ivory, blue green and grey. These come in standard thickness of 2mm, 2.5mm and 3mm, thicker available on request (up to 30mm).

Foam PVC Sheets are incredibly workable in regards to bonding, nailing, bolting and vacuum forming, we stock colours of white, red, grey, blue, yellow, green and black.
