The AES smart controller is now available. It is a small device that will open and close windows in locations that may be hard to reach such as atria, swimming pools, conference rooms and sports halls.

The unit may be operated via remote control unit or by simply pressing buttons on the control panel.

However, the device will also sense for rain and temperture limts and will open or close windows accordingly.

The unit has been designed for both new installations or for retrofitting to existing window actuators.

 Automatic Water Tap (Fawcet)

The automatic tap is free from external sensors and may be operated without the need for physical contact. The devices is designed for use in applications where contamination may be a risk such as medical facilities, food preparation areas and areas prone to high usage such as motorway service restrooms and public buildings.
