Stretch Hooding - our machines offers you an economical, fast, fully automatic method of wrapping palletized loads, it protects the pallet with a weatherproof cover made from a tube of plastic stretch film.

Able to wrap up to 150 pallets/hour the Endurance M6000 is a compact machine offering all the advantages of shrink wrapping without applying heat.

With low film and power consumption stretch hooding improves load stability while giving you the possibility to use printed film in order to brand pallets during distribution or to use clear film to display your product on the pallet during storage and at point of sale.

1. After Sales Service - Various schemes available - planned routine maintenance and emergency callout.

2. Spare Parts - Essential spare parts available ex-stock for immediate despatch, non essential items on a 2-4 week delivery. Spares orders subject to a minimum order value and payment terms.

3. Design & Documentation - drawing of machine or packing system is submitted to the client for approval before we commence manufacture.

4. Manufacture - modern manufacturing techniques, top quality components and attention to detail means that our equipment outlives competitors - (ask about second hand reconditioned machines).

5. Testing - before despatch all equipment undergoes a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test). Clients are invited to inspect their equipment and attend the FAT.

6. Training - a well trained workforce enables you to optimise equipment performance and maintain a safe working environment. Various courses available including classroom and on-site lessons. On completion of the course, successful candidates can be issued with a certificate.
