We produce many other types of assemblies that are peculiar to individual customers. Including, Air wound self-supporting coils, Rod cores, Laminated assemblies and Dumbbell cores.

Types: Single or multiple windings. Common or Differential mode. Open or closed frame
Sizes ranging from 3mm to 50mm ID
Cores: Iron dust, Ferrite, MPP, Cool Mu, Mag-amp and other types
Batch sizes: Typically we can produce monthly quantities between 30 to 4,000

With our plant in Hungary we can produce medium to high volume batches at budget prices, whilst keeping prototyping, samples and pre-production batches in the UK.
