Here at Alwayse Engineering, we design and manufacture new ball transfer units for the air cargo industry. Our ball transfer units are based on our highly successful 32mm diameter flange fixing unit. They are manufactured from 100 percent stainless steel material and are available with two or three fixing holes.

Our ball units are suitable for many different applications where loads need to be moved smoothly, precisely and with minimum effort in any direction. Our ball units are often used for cargo and baggage handling, assembly lines, as a castor, machine loading, sliding-door systems, and machine tables.

We are the originators of a product called ball transfer units and are now well known for being the world's largest manufacture of these units. Our ball transfer units have been designed to manoeuvre products/goods in any direction and with minimum effort, with load ratings varying from 6 to 4,000 kgs.

We have been involved in the material handling industry for over seven decades. We specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of high quality roller conveyors and gravity rollers. Our roller conveyors and gravity rollers are used in all industries. We are able to supply single rollers to thousands to meet your requirements.

We supply ball tables in a standard blue paint finish 18E53. We manufacture custom-built ball tables to meet your individual applications.

We have a fabrication department where we design and manufacture custom manufactured conveyor equipment. Our conveyor equipment is used in various industries including steel tube handling, automotive, warehouse/logistics and air cargo. We manufacture gravity rollers from 25mm to 90mm diameter, to take up to 500kgs per roller. We provide light plastic rollers suitable for lighter duty applications.

Our spring loaded ball transfer units are designed for use in applications including guillotines, presses, moulding machines, tool bases, press brakes and shock loading applications. Our innovative spring loaded ball transfer units reduce damage caused by shock loads and allow for dimension changes due to temperature and self-adjust to evenly distribute loads.
