We are capable of manufacturing components up to 8mm in thickness, with a formable size of 2400mm x 1200mm x 550mm. We have the facility to design & manufacture your product including any tooling that may be required.

• Based on your own drawings, sample product or just a description of what you require, using CAD technology we are able to produce preliminary drawings for you to modify or approve
• We are able to generate either hard copy drawings or convert them into a format by which you can view them via e-mail
• We can also provide you with a fully interactive 3D model, which you are able to manipulate, to view every aesthetical aspect of your product. This can also be used for presentation purposes, if so desired.

4 X 4 Wheel Covers are becoming more popular with the influx of 4 x 4 vehicles. The 4 x 4 Wheel covers are an inexpensive and effective way of advertising, promoting your your company name and logo. The Wheel Cover can also be used simply as a decorative addition to your vehicle. Various designs are available for the 4 x 4 wheel covers, from wild life, seasonal settings through to light hearted humour. Alternatively, you are able to have design input for a more individul Wheel Cover.

Line bending is where utilising a single strip element, heat is applied locally to produce a ‘hot hinge’, allowing the sheet to be formed to the required angle or shape. Line bending is usually a prelude to fabrication.
