Our LT2000 Series of Laser Distance Meters. These low cost Class II laser meters operate via visible red 650 nm laser beam providing measurement off reflectors of up to 100 mtrs or natural surfaces up to 20 mtrs. Various models are available. Namely our LT2000ST in more robust housing incorporating air coolant chamber venting as an air purge as well as with a water coolant chamber option, our LT2000SO or LT2000SP base mounting Lasers.

Used on lifts, to measure product width and length or automated machinery positioning via a target reflector. Provided with RS232, RS422 and programmable as well as programmable transistor and analogue outputs, these are most versatile and low cost Laser Distance Meters. 

Our LP100 Laser Proximity Sensor. This exceptionally low cost Class II Laser operates via visible red 650 nm laser beam providing measurement off reflector at up to 75 mtrs or directly off natural surfaces up to 10 mtrs. Via an incorporated display and keypad the digital outputs can be triggered in logic and range. Zero offset and span of 4 - 20 mA output are programmable. Provided with RS232, RS422 outputs.

Ideal for detection of passing product and automated machinery. This is a most versatile and low cost laser. This exceptionally low cost laser is ideal for measuring level in Silos, detection of product in the production process or control of crane for collision avoidance.

Our ML Series of Laser Triangulation Meters. These precision lasers come in three families of precise lasers according to range and accuracy requirements incorporating numerous models with varying ranges up to 4m providing high resolution measurement of between 10 micron and 0.5mm.

Ideal for measuring product thickness, coil winding or tension control as well precise width measurement. When connected in master and slave mode these LTMs automatically provide thickness. Available with RS232 or RS422 Interface, as well analogue output that can be configured on request. When supplied with our CPU absolute thickness or width is provided turning these devices into a total solution gauge.

Our LT200M Retro-Reflect Laser operates up to 30 mtrs providing highly accurate product detection over the whole range as a result of linear laser beam. Alignment easily accomplished via the visible red Class II laser beam. Supplied with an output relay, NPN & PNP 500mA transistor outputs. Supplied with built-in air coolant chamber venting as air purge. Several reflectors designs are available with temperature ratings up to 240°C with optional air purge.

Our robust RDZ Laser Emitters are intended for use in heavy industry and available in green laser with 5 times the visibility of red laser providing high visibility for outdoor use and viewing by CCTV. Incorporates focusable optics to provide isometric linear line laser beams that typically are in length twice mounting hieght.

Typically used for either the determining cut line on product or positioning of cranes in the warehouse.  Stand alone laser for 80 -250 VAC connection

Our Series LD600 family of Width Gauges comprise various model gauges utilizing either laser distance meters (LDMs) or laser triangulation meters (LTMs) for determining width according to the clients accuracy requirements and factory layout restraints. The selection of the laser heads is determined by the width dimensions and the clients accuracy requirements. 

The laser measuring heads are provided pre-mounted in robust secondary stainless enclosures with cooling and air purging to enable them to be mounted securely on each side of the line in the harshest of environments.. The wide variety of Gauges available allow the selection of the correct Width Gauge without compromise according to accuracy requirements, variation in slab width and its temperature. 

The Gauge CPU displays calculated width as well as providing these values to clients PC. Auto calibration is by inserting a extendable master bar with single button input zeroing.
