BCP
We are a precision engineering company with specialist expertise and experience in all casting disciplines, including CNC machining, CNC tool making and assembly, and associated processes.
At BCP Castings, we have a top of the range in-house manufacturing facility. And, here at BCP we produce precision sand castings, gravity die castings, low-pressure castings from a modern CNC machining and turning facility, CNC pattern making, tool making, NDT testing, painting and assembly.
We manufacture precision products for the UK and European markets.
CNC Machining
Repeated and consistent investment in modern machine tools, combined with a skilled workforce, enables BCP to tackle the most demanding CNC machining projects.
Offline programming using Pro Engineer software supports 27 high-speed CNC machining centres and enables a rapid response with complex components.
Precision Sand Castings
We use fine resin-based sand to give excellent detail and surface finish via precision sand castings.
We produce high quality precision sand castings in various quantities, ranging from the simplest to the most complex using rigorous performance standards to meet customer demands.
Gravity Die Castings
We produce high-quality gravity die castings in various quantities up to 25kg.
Our gravity die castings range from the simplest to the most complex using rigorous performance standards to meet customer demands.
Low Pressure Casting
We produce quality low pressure casting in aluminium.
Our low pressure casting ranges from the simplest to the most complex using rigorous performance standards to meet customer demands.
CNC Patternmaking and Tooling
From utilising customer 3D data, we have the technical expertise to produce CNC patternmaking and tooling products using the latest technologies and software, from design right through to manufacture.
These CNC patternmaking and tooling methods are also beneficial for when rapid prototypes are required.
Project Management
BCP can offer full project management using Microsoft project, whether it is milestone updates, or weekly web meetings, information can be visible and shared easily with the customer through our project management services.
For larger/fast track projects that involve complete manufacture, dedicated project personnel are assigned as a one point contact.
Quality and Inspection
Operating to BVQI ISO9001:2000 standards of quality and inspection enables us to build quality into your products at every stage. Backed up with three CNC co-ordinate measuring machines and skilled inspectors guarantees product conformity.
