We specialise in the supply of temperature measurement, heating and control solutions for the sensor manufacturing, plastics, rubber and process heating industry sectors.

We also stock a wide range of heater and temperature measurement accessories and associated equipment. We combine our in-house skills and vast experience to offer a design and development service that excels in meeting the needs of the clients.

Our thermocouple and RTD cables are suited for applications with temperatures reaching 1150^oC because they physically isolate wires from the surrounding environment, protect thermo-elements from electrical interference and shield the wires and insulation from damage due to impact or shock.

Our thermocouple and RTD cables are available in a range of common conductor combinations and manufactured in a variety of sheath materials. We supply a range of cable diameters and multi-pair cables are available depending on size.

RTD cables are available with conductors of copper, nickel-plated copper and nickel and special orders can accommodate non-standard conductor diameters and sheath thickness.

MI (mineral insulated) heating cables are produced with a NiCr8020 heating element and with a 321 stainless steel sheath. We have a selection of other sheath materials available for specialist applications and cables able to withstand temperatures up to 1000^oC. We also have cold end cables available.

Our MI heating cables include raw cables so customers can produce their own heating elements and complete them to individual requirement.

HI heating cables are commonly used in applications in industrial plants, the chemical and petrochemical industries, mechanical engineering and research and development. 

We provide a comprehensive range of cartridge heaters including the industry standard, Marathon 'Hotrod' swaged cartridge heater. These heaters are manufactured for temperatures up to 870^oC. We also have a low cost non-swaged version of the heater available and stock a further range of stock models.

There are a wealth of features optional with the Hotrod cartridge heaters and some of the most common modifications include variations of sheath material, termination options, lead-wire options, endseal options, and add-ons including NPT fittings, tabs and special tips. 

Our band heaters are available in both mica and ceramic heater types. Ceramic band heaters provide greater flexibility and offer higher operating temperatures. The mica heaters however are a more compact design.

Band heaters are available from stock in a selection of sizes and wattages or we can supply tailor band heaters to your requirements.
