Plastic moulded cases are available in broadly three different styles:

• Injection Moulded Polypropylene Cases
• High Performance Resin Cases (HPRC)
• ABS Moulded Cases

The more budget polypropylene cases are a range that start at the smallest (which will accommodate A6 paper size), and includes many shapes and sizes up to larger half a metre long sizes. These are often available in different colours and may be silk-screen printed to promote your company, or identify the product. Cases may also be foamed out internally to make the perfect housing or presentation for your kit.

ABS moulded cases are available in over 60 sizes and case depth can then be varied to suit your requirement. Not all sizes are stocked in every available depth so please contact us for more information. Again these cases may be printed and foam filled as required.

HPRC (High Performance Resin Cases) are the top of the range carrying and shipping case. These are IP 67 rated and carry a lifetime warranty against fault of manufacture. Some of the larger cases are equipped with integrated telescopic handles and wheels to make transporting heavy items easier. Foam inserts are available as standard, cube cut for DIY applications or, for quantity, we can die cut, fabricate and fit the interior to suit your requirement.

the AceCase gives a strong but lightweight construction with the flexibility to make the case virtually any size or shape. Anodised aluminium frame sections and lightweight hollow section polypropylene panels produce a very ‘high end’ case with first class looks that will last for years and years to come.
 

The Custom Transit Case  is a more traditional construction, utilising aluminium panels and frame extrusions with surface mount fittings and lighter weight 7mm side walls. Again almost any size may be specified.

Full Flight Cases are the heaviest in the range and the highest specification. Often built on wheels or with skids for fork lift handling, these cases are manufactured with recessed fittings, 10mm and 12mm panel wall sections and are designed to withstand the abuse of carriage handling and long distance shipping. No standard sizes are stocked and we build to your specification.
