Based on over 30 years of engineering experience within the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries, Lasnek manufacturers a range of stainless steel trunking, tray, conduit and enclosures.

Installed at the production facilities of some of the world most recognised brands both our stainless steel trunking and stainless steel conduit are available for next day delivery.

Utilising our huge stock of stainless steel cable management items located at our manufacturing facility most items are despatched the same day.

The 'KM' range of standard electrical trunking and accessories are manufactured to our own design from 1.2mm 304 stainless steel and is suitable for hygienically sensitive areas. All 3 metre lengths are complemented by a complete range of fittings, designed with three cover configurations for easy installation and access. For specialist requirements such as use in corrosive environments the 'KM' series is also available in 316 stainless steel for increased protection.

CL range of stainless steel electrical conduit designed specifically for use within hygienically sensitive or corrosive environments.  With ISO metric  thread sizes of 20, 25 & 32mm our range is manufactured using 316L Stainless Steel, with 304 stainless steel an option for lengths only. 

BSI tested to IP66 all Lasnek conduit system is suitable for applications at low level which are subject to regular cleaning techniques.

Lasnek manufactures a range of small terminal and pushbutton boxes from either 304 or 316L stainless steel in a wide range of dimensions.  With a choice of mirror or satin finish in either 304 or 316L stainless steel, Lasnek boxes are available for same day despatch

Complementing our boxes are our range of compact (KCC) & large (KLE) hinged door enclosures.  Fabricated from 304 1.5mm stainless steel all our enclosures come complete with door locks, back plate and CNC internal door hinges.

Lasnek cable tray is available in two types of construction. Medium Duty Single Flange (MDSF) and Heavy Duty Return Flange (HDRF). Manufactured from either 1.2mm / 18 gauge or 1.5mm / 16 gauge stainless steel material, both trays are designed for high level applications requiring minimum deflection between supports

Introduced to provide a cost effective solution for containment at both high and low levels, Lasnek’s wire basket is one of the strongest on the market. Using 4, 5 and 6mm gauge wire, our DE range has become synonymous with strength and quality. Installed by some of the largest food groups, Lasnek's wire mesh trays are available in 304 or 316L Stainless Steel and should not be confused with similar products manufactured to a lesser specification.

In co-operation with Moeller Electric Lasnek have developed a range of stainless steel isolators in four different designs to accept 20A – 63A switches:

1. Traditional design - using a standard stainless steel box
2. Shroud - using an oversize box providing handle protection
3. Shroud with slope – handle protection with the addition of 15° slope top.
4. Bespoke – Including with isolator and option of pushbutton / indicator and E-stop

All isolators are IP65 protected and manufactured in 304 stainless steel and are available inclusive of fitted Moeller switches and various mounting plate designs.
