The Orchid KS416 is ideal for the SME which must have an efficient, feature packed and robust telephone system to meet its demanding telephony requirements.

The new Orchid Key System KS416 pbx telephone system offers a highly advanced and professional solution to meet the requirements of all small to medium sized businesses, whilst keeping the technology small and simple enough for end user installation.

The KS416 has the ability to handle 4 incoming phone lines and up to 16 extensions, making it ideal for the medium sized business. When used in conjunction with the Orchid Key Phone KP416, the system becomes a mini switchboard allowing the user to identify the incoming line and answer the call appropriately.

These systems are easy to install and do not require expensive fitting. Packages with telephones come with all the cables you'll need to be up and running in minutes. The Orchid KS416, when combined with the KP416 telephone, is able to offer a multi-functioning switchboard as apposed to a simple call handling box. This includes full control of incoming and outgoing lines whilst also being able to monitor other lines and callers; in conjunction with the Orchid KP416 Key-Phone.
The Orchid KS416 is also fax line/machine supportive and VOIP ready enabling the system to handle and prioritize either analogue or VOIP calls at your discretion!

With the new wiring technology now using direct two pair wiring, the system can also be used with most corded and cordless phones including the Orchid Key-Phones or any standard phones (please call to check compatibility if you are unsure.)

By adding extra microphones all of the users around the conference table will be heard in greater clarity by the remote external caller. Usually extra mics will be required when 5+ users are present.
