John R Boone Ltd Manufactures Mixing machines that are used worldwide in the production of mixing a wide range of products such as  Food,  tea, pastes, powder, granules, chemicals, adhesives, rubber components, Cocoa powder, spices, floor screeds, ceramic powders, grass seed,  aluminium powders and  liquid.

Our machines are reliable, versatile and economical in operation, which makes  John R Boone Ltd mixers and blenders feature in applications as diverse as welding flux, soap powders and heart tablets. Industries served include food, tea, construction, minerals, chemicals, metallurgical and pharmaceutical.

We have a test bay where we can test your prodcut in one of our mixing / blending machines based in Cheshire. All you need to do is book a date and provide us with the product you wish to mix and we endeavour to produce the right consistance in our machines, with a full test report. The Horizontal Delta Blade Mixer, is an adaptation of the conventional plough type mixer. This produces a cleaner agitator configuration, which gives a shorter mixing time and quicker discharge this then reduces the cost of the operation cycle.

The Horizontal Delta Blade mixer is made from a 45 litre machine to 9,000 litre machine, which give a short mixing time, mixing with attrition, improved mixing eficiency, rapid discharge, batch or continuous mix, low maintenance cost and competitively priced.

The Delta Blade mixers high shear plough can be used for Catering mix,  up to 50% fat additions and dry mortar, plaster and building chemicals, It also does a pre-mix of food additives and spices, perfumed talcum and face powders, brown sugar, filter cake into lump free slurry, cookies, Molasses, Sugar, it can also add minor liquid/additions to powders without agglomeration are just a few of the mixes it is capable of.  

The  Rotary Drum Blender is a unique non-shear action blender this is  produced by a series of blades fully welded to the inside of the Drum blender, these lift and convey the entire mix with each revolution which  creates a highly fluidised state. Under these conditions powders and granules of widely different bulk densities and particle sizes can be moved freely inside the drum blender ensuring a rapid and gentle mix with minimum power and energy input into the mix/ blending process.

This Rotary Drum Blender machine can mix a variation of products from Tea, Coffee, Cocoa, Muesli, Rice Flakes, Seeds Confectionery, Gelatine, Salts, Vegetables & spray coating. 

The Hygiene and Cleaning of the Rotary Drum blender  is easily inspected or cleaned via a large access door, this door is interlocked with a code key lock and matching code key isolator. After emptying only dust which would adhere to the inside of the drum remains, this can be removed by vacuum cleaning or an optional clean in place (CIP) system and drain valve.

John R Boone Ltd has always had a Fibreglassing department which we have now called GRPLite. We supply the automotive industry with bespoke Glass Reinforced Plastic components (GRP) for over 4 decades and this enables us to provide a high quality, high definition finish from fast Prototype developing, and quality assured parts .

We manufacture to customers designs Patterns, mould and then the part which is the pre-moulded panels ready to fit to your vehicle for a smooth, seamless and continuous finish, waterproof and easy to clean. Vehicles types are Ambulances, Specialist Vehicles (RSPCA and Bloood Vans), PSV's, Taxi's, Crew Cab Site Vehicles, Library Vans, commercial Vehicles. and Emergency Vehicles .These panels are interior linings on the Blood Vans, Taxis and for the Kit Cars, Truck pods are exterior panels.

On the Ambulances for the NHS, ambulances we make fibreglass panelling for the interior, these panels are all made from light weight fibreglass which is reconstructed inside the ambulance for a clean hygienic surface.

In the preperation of lining the interior of a Tank used in the ceramic industry a  hard wearing fibreglass would be used, as we are local to the Potteries ( Stoke on Trent) this is an on going requirement. We can repair tanks, blundgers etc

The Engineering section of John R Boone Ltd is tied with the Mixing machines, as this is required on the structural side of the company wehn large structural project take place. We manufacture base plates, coupling guards, tanks, silosl, Vessels, Crushers, Shredders, Conveyors, Elevators and storage systems and many other fabricated items. This section is a long standing side to our Mixing section which complement one another.

Whether you require pressure vessel, tanks, silos and support steelwork we can provide the complete service from design through to fabrication machining, testing instllation and maintenance.

Produce plant equipment of our own design and to Clients specification. Our equipment is used in the Chemical, Food, Pharmaceutical and Mineral Industries. Other products we can produce through our Engineering department are Crushers, Shredders, Elevators and metering systems.
