The KOENIG slealing plug - Expander Plug is a unique system to seal holes with absolute integrity in various types of hydraulic and pneumatic components such as controls, valves, regulators, relays, cylinders, motors, presses, pumps, etc., which have one thing in common. That is that hydraulic fluid or gaseous medium under pressure flow through channels in the device. Many times these channels must be drilled from outside to connect internal passages. These drilled holes must then be sealed pressure tight to operate the device and prevent leaks. A number of other sealing methods can be used but can often be more costly and less reliable.

The KOENIG sealing plug - Expander Plug provides a safe, quick, leakproof, and low cost method for sealing cross-drilled holes. It ensures peak performance with a comfortable safety margin even in extreme applications. They are available in five styles and in different materials.

• Die Sets : Including four pillar, rear pillar, diagonal pillar and centre pillar die formations.
• Guide Pins: Including standard guide pins, parallel guide pins, and shouldered guide pins with end lock.

Guide Bushes:These guide bushes incorporate counter bore of ISO form G type bushes, to act as an oil reservoir. Guide bushes are manufactured from hardened mild steel and precision ground. The bushes are intended to fit in a hole with a H7 tolerance.
