 Typical features of our CNC punching machines include the following:

• Load and unload capability.
• Automated tool change with capacity of 220 punches.
• Can handle sheet size up to 2.5m x 1.5m.
• Tapping and forming of small brackets can be carried out on this machine.

We have a specialist CNC forming service available. Using our advanced CNC forming machinery, we can achieve press brake handling up to 3 metres.

A crucial factor in many industries, fasteners are a key essential component that we can provide a wide variety of.  We have a dedicated team of experienced setters to contribute to our 3 million fasteners a year output.

• Powder coating – epoxy and polyester
• Conventional wet spraying

We have an expert mechanical assembly service and we are equipped with an internal KanBan system to ensure fast turnaround times.
