Bulk Solids Conveying Systems
Flexible Screw Conveyors handle virtually any bulk solid material. BEV-CON™ conveyors for difficult-to-handle materials that pack, cake, smear, plug, fluidise, or separate.
Pneumatic Conveyors: dilute phase systems ranging from single-point "up-and-in" installations to cross-plant systems with multiple pick-up and discharge points and automated controls.
Fillers, Dischargers, Dumpers
Bulk Bag Dischargers: fast, easy, dust-free loading, untying, retying and removal of bulk bags. Optional Bulk Bag Conditioners loosen materials which solidified during storage and shipment.
Drum, Box, and Tote Dumpers: sealed or open-chute dumping from drums, boxes, other containers. Dust-free TIP-TITE™ Dumpers accommodate popular sizes of containers. Manual Bag Dumping Stations with cleaning system for continuous, efficient collection of dust.
Bulk Bag Fillers: TWIN-CENTREPOST™ fillers for low/medium capacity and/or hygienic applications; SWING-DOWN® fillers for fast, safe bag connections at floor level; REAR-POST fillers with pass-through conveyors and/or powered fill head height adjustment.
