Custom Rubber Mouldings
All of Butser Rubber (Rubber Moulders) Ltd moulded rubber products are the result of our customers' specific requirements.
We are happy to quote whether it is a compression or transfer injection moulding that you require.
Butser Rubber services are from the drawing board and continue through to the manufacture of your moulded rubber component and currently we produce over 4300 different moulded rubber product lines.

Butser Rubber has invested heavily in rubber moulding technology, with our investment in vacuum technology in the rubber moulding process driving us towards zero defect manufacture. This investment will allow us to keep moulding costs low, with savings being passed to our customers. After all, who wants to pay for waste?
Butser Rubber are able to mould rubber items from 0.1 grams to 5kg using single or multi cavity tooling dependant upon the requirements of the job.
Gasket Cutters
Butser Rubbers are gasket cutters for Pressed Gaskets, Moulded Gaskets, laser cut, water cut, stamped or fabricated Gaskets We are able to supply and manufacture custom gaskets in a wide range of spec materials, as well as all stocked rubbers, sponges, plastic foams, paper, card, corks and leathers. We can also manufacture self-adhesive backed gaskets using a range of glues which include 3M transfer films.
Butser Rubber offers a fast gasket cutter service with rapid tooling at highly competitive rates. We have our own in-house gasket pressing machines and our rubber moulding capabilities mean you get a rapid service. We can cut gaskets in high and low volumes including one-off gaskets using a range of machines.
Rubber Straps
Butser Rubber have the two main types rubber strap. Custom or standard. Butser Rubber started to manufacture moulded rubber strap in the 89's ofr Rally and formula 1 teams, and continued ever since.
Our standard range of rubber straps are manufactured from either Natural Rubber 60 IRHD or Neoprene Rubber 70 IRHD with the standard colour being black rubber. However the straps can be manufactured in a range of colours if required.
We can manufacture custom rubber straps to your design and with your spec of material.

Rubber to metal bonding
At Butser Rubber we have the technology to produce the best possible bond by either hot or cold bonding.
Our rubber to metal bonding process is ideal for such projects as anti vibration mounts, suspension bushes and bonded rollers etc. whether you need a one off product or massed produced items.
