We are specialists and experts in the supply of CNC machining of aluminium extrusions and precision fabricated assemblies. We work as a subcontractor or we can source material for the customer if that is your requirement.

Our aluminium extrusions service provides a one stop shop for finished aluminium extruded components.

Our CNC extrusion milling service provides the facility to machine aluminium extrusions up to 8,000mm (3 axis) or 6,700mm (4 axis) all in one operation. This can be done without the need to index the material.

We have six CNC extrusion milling machines to provide quality CNC machined aluminium extrusions. We also have two CNC double mitre saws as part of our service.

Our Autodesk CAD software include AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor® Series. AutoCad lets you create design data faster and makes it easier to share. More and more designers are using AutoCAD® software as it is a fantastic 2D drafting, detailing and 3D design tool. Autodesk CAD software provides the opportunity to personalise or program the software to meet your design specifications.

With AutoCAD and our CAD / CAM software packages, we can directly work on the customers original drawings.

Using simulations, we can give you accurate estimates and thus reduce the lead time from the drawing board to the manufacture of your product.

CAM software is used in the following applications and is more advanced than the original CAD drawings:

• Milling
• Bending
• Punching

We have extrusion milling machines that can machine aluminium extrusions up to sizes of 670 cm (4 axis) and 800 cm (3 axis). This extrusion can be performed in one operation without needing to have the material indexed.

As well as our extrusion milling machines, we have two CNC double mitre saws.

We have two CNC extrusion saws (double mitre) ideal for cutting sections up to 900cm in length.

We recently invested a great deal of money in a new CNC extrusion saw namely an Elumatec DG142 CNC double mitre saw.
