At PRD Fasteners Limited, we manufacture high integrity special fasteners and CNC machined components. We utilise innovative on-site hot forging, CNC machining and bar turning to manufacture a diverse range of components ideal for use in a wealth of industries including heavy engineering, petrochemical, power generation, and oil and gas.

PRD Fasteners Limited is situated in the West Midlands with easy access to the UK motorways and key export delivery routes.

We have a wealth of hot forging capabilities available in order to produce to all engineering standards and to individual designs, specifications and industry standards.

Our in-house hot forging facilities include vertical hot forge presses, on site tool making with spark eroding equipment and a diversity of head forms like hexagon, round, square, socket, and 12 point. All our hot forging capabilities are fully approved to BS EN 9001:2008.

We have combined the traditional manufacture of bar turned products with innovative technology to ensure high quality CNC turning and machining and to ensure we meet the demands of our customers and fulfil all their expectations.

Our CNC turning and machining capabilities are being continually invested in and developed so we can provide our customers with cost-effective components and high quality products.

We have thread rolling capacities for imperial and metric thread forms. Our thread rolling facilities can also deal with material with a diameter up to 150mm.

We have a on-site computer controlled electric furnace in order to provide a range of testing and heat treatment applications ideally suited for small to medium treatments of exotic and standard materials.

Our testing and heat treatment processes include the testing of laboratory equipment covering areas such as tensile, stress rupture, hardness, impact, and proof load.

We have a comprehensive stock of raw material finished and part finished goods available direct from our warehouse. We have a range of finished and part finished stocks of standard and special bolting products.

We have over £1.5 million of raw materials finished and part finished goods in stock and can offer a diversity of products in alloy and carbon steels, duplex steels and super alloys.
