Cannoflex Chevron Belting
We offer a full range of sizes with a variety of pattern types, to suit most applications. All Cannoflex chevron belts have the advantage of integrally moulded cleats as part of the top cover during the manufacturing process.

Cannoflex chevron belting is made with E.P. fabric plies. The top and bottom are provided with abrasion resistant rubber covers to DIN 22102 and BS 409. All belts are suitable for jointing by vulcanising or by mechanical belt fasteners.

Used mainly for inclined conveyors of more than 18 degree angles, our C15 range can carry materials up to inclines of 30°, and our C25 range up to 40°.
 

Second Hand Belting
For over 40 years Cannings have been supplying second-hand conveyor belting.

Our customers range from the ready mixed concrete plants, stone, sand and gravel quarries, mines and screening and crushing operations, shipping wharfs, warehouses and farming/agricultural industry. We also export large amounts of belting to our agents and customers throughout the world.

No other company has the facilities and expertise to handle the amount of belting which our company supplies.

All second-hand belts are thoroughly examined by our expert staff - only belts which are sound in strength and show very little wear are supplied as re-usable.

We have extensive stocks of second-hand belting available which includes our comprehensive second-hand guarantee that if you are not fully satisfied with it for any reason other than fair wear & tear we would offer you an exchange.

Belts which do not pass examination, are used for making other products. We also supply lower grades of used belting such as flooring type, used on conveyors, but for lining surface areas, farming/agricultural purposes etc.

Flex-Lifter™
Lifting a tensioned conveyor belt to replace worn idlers or to set up a splicing station can be a difficult and hazardous job. The Flex-Lifter™ makes the job safe, fast and easy.

This belt lifter has the highest safe lift rating available at 4,000 lbs (1,810kg). It can handle the toughest maintenance tasks, like lifting a loaded, tensioned belt. The Flex-Lifter™ is also versatile. Each model can lift both topside (troughed or flat) belts and return side belts.

This easy-to-use tool is portable and comes in two models: Medium for belt widths 36-60" (900-1500mm) and Large for belts 48-72" (1200-1800mm). This unit is only 6-3/4" (169mm) high in its closed position so it can easily be placed on the conveyor structure between the belts; and adjustable leg extensions adapt to varying structure widths. The fully opened heights of 14" (350mm) for the Medium model and 16" (400mm) for the Large model allow enough room above troughing rollers to set up a belt splicing station.
