Pressure Vessels Manufacturers
CPE is one of the leading stainless steel pressure vessels manufacturers. We have an in house design team with a long history of manufacturing pressure vessels so we can provide you with a competitive solution to your pressure vessels system requirements.
We are one of the leading pressure vessels manufacturers and we work with a wide range of metals including high alloy steels all the way through to carbon steel.
Stainless Pressure Vessels
Here at CPE we can manufacture a comprehensive range of stainless pressure vessels.
Our stainless pressure vessels are usually used in both onshore and offshore applications including:
- Fire protection systems
- Surge tanks
- Filter housings
- Blowdown and flash vessels
- Drinking water applications
- Heat exchanger housings
- High pressure gas tanks
ASME Pressure Vessels
CPE manufacture a wide range of ASME pressure vessels for many different types of applications.
Our ASME pressure vessels are manufactured from a wide range of materials and will cover a range of capacities from 1 litre to 30,000 litres. CPE ASME pressure vessels can also handle pressures from 0.5 Bar G to 1000 Bar G and can weigh anywhere from 0.5 kg to 5000 kg.
Stainless Steel Pressure Vessels
CPE stainless steel pressure vessels are manufactured from a range of materials including:
- Stainless steel
- Chrome molly alloys
- Copper nickel alloys
- Nickel alloys
- Carbon steels
- High alloy stainless steels
- Alloy 28
- Duplex steel
Our stainless steel pressure vessels can be used for a wide range of applications including surge tanks, filter housings, fire protection systems and drinking water applications to name a few.
Stainless Steel Air Receivers
We are the leading manufacturer of stainless steel air receivers, which offer a more reliable alternative to carbon steel air receivers.
Stainless steel air receivers are used in applications such as:
- Offshore applications
- Food applications
- Control systems
- Applications where corrosion could be a problem
Stainless steel air receivers are lighter, cleaner and more reliable than carbon steel as well as having a long service life and lower maintenance costs.
Our stainless steel air receivers are also ideal for bad weather conditions and low temperatures. We have many sizes and materials to choose as well as any special designs.
Carbon Steel Air Receivers
Our carbon steel air receivers are ideally aimed at the offshore industry. Certification levels are in-line with other pressure vessels. We can also manufacture bespoke carbon steel air receivers for industrial applications. We can put in extra features such as mountings, connections and design changes.
CPE carbon steel air receivers are produced to a very high standard thus having a better design life and a full corrosion allowance. Our designs ensure the carbon steel air receivers can withstand rigorous conditions as well as external forces such as nozzle, seismic and transport loads.
