We manufacture a wide range of zinc and aluminium high pressure die casting products. Our high pressure die castings are available between weights of 50g and 10kg.

They are used in many applications including:

• Floodlights
• Electrical switchgear
• Control valves
• Drilling components

Our gravity die casting is suitable for small and medium quantities and is produced in zinc- and aluminium-based alloys.

Our gravity die casting can be acquired in weights of up to 20kg and many of our large dies are manufactured on bespoke frames with hydraulics.

Our CNC machining capabilities are extensive. Our expert CNC machining engineers carry out the fixturing and programming of machines in-house, with the machine shop in operation for 80 hours a week.

We have:

• One 11- pallet machining centre
• Five twin pallet and four single pallet machining centres
• Four lathes and one drilling and tapping centre

We have an expert team to manufacture and produce quality prototype engineering.

With our prototype engineering capabilities, we can produce a prototype of any design, all via cost-efficient methods and techniques.

Before a product is manufactured, we can create a design mock-up from a range of materials including:

• Wood
• Sand (moulded)
• Solid alloy block
• Silicon (moulded)

We provide an accurate and versatile surface finishing service.

Most of our products are machine finished to make sure any rough edges are rounded off. That way,  each component is ready to be assembled as soon as it leaves our facilities.
