Hawkeye do not consider it a pre-requisite for you to have a fixed term CCTV maintenance contract. Some simple CCTV systems, such as fixed or internal CCTV camera systems do not need regular maintenance.

If you would like a CCTV maintenance contract we can tailor one to what you need or what the CCTV system requires. If a customer does not have a CCTV maintenance contract we will not treat them differently.

Our CCTV maintenance service extends to the repair / maintenance of existing CCTV systems even if they are not installed by us.

If you are experiencing a problem with your CCTV system we can help you and no account is required. Hawkeye are able to invoice on completed work and accept personal and corporate credit cards.

We do however recommend routine CCTV maintenance visits to ensure your CCTV system is optimised and in full working order.
