MSS Clean Technology specialise in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of labratories, cleanrooms and controlled environments.
Operating worldwide, we provide a range of modular cleanroom ceiling and wall systems as well as traditional construction methods to meet the needs of the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, micro-electronic, containment and associated industries where environmental considerations are absolutely critical.

MSS also provide turnkey solutions including host building options, traditional build and factory engineered building modules, HVAC, mechanical and electrical services installation, and commissioning and validation.

Controlled Enviroments Design and Build

Controlled Enviroments Design and Build : For over 20 Years MSS have been associated with the innovative yet cost effective design and installation of a wide range of facilities where the environment is critical to the clients operation and business.

The facilities range from Microbiological Laboratories to ACDP category 3 & 4 containment suites, Packaging Halls to Aseptic Suites.

Our understanding of the individual facility requirements is a fundamental area of the experience and service the MSS Design Team can offer.
We provide solutions not problems.

MSS provide a consultancy service to review existing HVAC, Chilled Water and associated utilities offering suitable cost effective solutions for upgrades etc.

We also offer inspection, and repair, of existing enclosures for integrity performance.

Cleanroom Wall Panel Systems

Cleanroom Wall Panel Systems : MSS provide specialist fit out for Controlled Environment, Cleanroom, laboratory and office facilities.
We have our own cleanroom ceiling and wall systems that will meet the highest standards and classifications demanded by the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industries. We can provide systems with flush, non particle shedding surfaces, tough maintenance free finishes, long life expectancy and flexibility to allow for facility reconfiguration or relocation.

The options consist of: -

Walk-on ceilings - for maintenance outside of clean area, 50 mm thick Modular Wall System - maximising room space, Flush Glazing, Flush Door Frames, Choice of Door Leaf finishes– Stainless Steel / GRP / Steel / Laminate, Fixtures, Fittings and Benching

The MSS system can also be utilised cost effectively for laboratory and office fit outs.

Host Building

MSS has provided clients with turnkey projects that include the host building.
We can provide traditional construction methods as well as factory- engineered modular buildings.
Utilising this method of build the shell is fabricated in the factory whilst the ground works and drainage are installed on site.
As soon as the ground works are complete the building is delivered to site, erected within days, weather tight and ready for the internal fit out to commence immediately.

Facilities MSS have provided include: -Research Laboratories, containment Suites, Microbiology Laboratories, Cleanrooms – ISO 7 – 8, Offices

Aesthetically pleasing designs and finishes are available to blend in with any surrounding environment and meet strict planning requirements.
From design through to hand over can be as quick as 6-12 months (60m² ISO 7 / 275m² - CAT 3/4)

Performance Testing and Validation

Performance Testing and Validation: MSS deliver facilities fully tested , certificated and validated, where appropriate, to the standards set down by the User Requirements and applicable regulations.

Performance testing covers:Air Flow Velocity and Uniformity, HEPA Filter Installation, Induction Leakage, Airborne Particle Count, Temperature & Humidity, Light Levels, Room Recovery

MSS take full responsibility from design through to handover of all project documentation and O & M Manuals.

MSS can also provide the project specific Validation Master Plan, if required.
