Asgard Engineering Ltd manufacture precision CNC "swiss" machined components between 1mm and 32mm and for larger parts up to 60mm on a Puma twin head turning centre. Asgard Engineering was formed around the idea of quality and confidence in manufacturing.
We supply CNC precision turned parts and CNC machined parts for the nuclear, aerospace, medical, food and pharmaceutical industries, as well as electronics and instrumentation.
Asgard has always invested in quality. We have a CNC Visual measuring system - accurate to 2microns and fully programmable, supported with a Laser Micrometer, accurate to 0.15microns. We can give you a full inspection report with SPC data on any dimension you need.

Medical Components
Asgard Engineering Ltd are pursuing ISO 13485 in support of medical components manufacturing – including bone screws in many different lengths and Self-Drilling Bone Screws.
Our medical components experience also extends to implant grade Titanium.
Medical Equipment Components
We are ISO 9001:2008 Certified (Certificate 5356QM8001) so you can have confidence in all of your CNC turned parts requirements and medical equipment components.
As well as our ISO certification for medical equipment components and our other parts and accessories, we are also in the advanced stages of implementing ISO 13485 for Medical Components manufacturing.
