Machine Cutting
At Dyson CNC Routing Services, we provide expert machine cutting of simple or complex shapes suitable for an assortment of applications. Our in-house engineering team work closely with you to design and manufacture fantastic products with a quick turnaround. We are capable of machine cutting runs from one to 1,000.
Acrylic Cutting
We cut a fantastic assortment of materials including acrylic, polycarbonate, correx, polystyrene, MDF, timber, and foamex. Our acrylic cutting service uses a machine process area of 3048mm x 1524mm x 150mm Z axis clearance with 0.15mm accuracy. As well as acrylic cutting, we provide services including finishing, assembly, packaging and delivery.
We supply and design artwork to your specifications by our in-house team using the latest 2D/3D CAD technology.
