Pre-coated steels offer great benefits in the manufacturing process. They shorten the process time from raw material to finished product and their pleasing aesthetic appearance enhances the final product to provide added value. We offer a range of metallic electro-plated steels and organically coated steels. All are manufactured to your particular specification.
 

With many applications in blades tools and springs, we can offer hardened and tempered carbon and stainless steels of the highest quality and manufactured to meet the most demanding specifications.

Grades / analysis

Our raw material is carbon steel strip to BS EN 10132, in grades from C45 ( 0.42% - 0.50% C) to C100S (0.95% – 1.05% C). plus 51 Crv 4. All can be hardened according to individual specifications from HV 155 to HV 680.
