Stancold is primarily a cold store installation and construction based company. The company was established in 1946 and over the last 30 years has established itself as one of the largest installation contractors for cold and chill stores, food factory processing facilities and controlled temperature warehouses and distribution centres in the UK.
Stancold are able to offer several different installation packages and get involved in as much or as little as is required in the build process. We have the in house knowledge, capability and expertise to offer more than just the insulated envelope.
For refrigeration, we work in partnership or in conjunction with a number of established and recommended refrigeration companies in the UK. All companies are approved and vetted through our ISO procedures and with relevant professional qualifications and insurances. This ensures that the specification of the controlled environment meets the needs of the building specifier and client.
