Since 1995, AEMS has established itself within the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry as a high quality supplier of conventional and surface mount PCB assemblies, electrical and mechanical sub assemblies, and complete product box builds for a wide range of industries.

Conventional PCB Assembly

The layout of our assembly area is designed to minimise handling so that PCBs are consistently manufactured to the highest standards.

Surface Mount PCB Assembly

We currently offer both leaded and lead-free processing.
We have an in-house pick and place machine handling components as small as 0402.
We can also place BGA components

Cable Assembly and Wiring

We build to suit your specific cable assembly requirements, utilising automated, high-speed cutting, stripping, and crimping processes whenever possible.

Product Assembly

Working as an extension of your own team, we can undertake as much or as little of a project as you require. We have the ability to build your product from start to finish. For some customers we set up and test products before shipping directly to their distributors either in the UK or worldwide.

Product Servicing

AEMS acts as a service centre for many of its clients, repairing and upgrading products while dealing with their customers direct. We can provide full warranty support which includes product servicing and upgrading to current revision and operational requirements
