Our pressing workshop produce composite sheet to custom lay-ups with standard or special resins in thickness from 0.5mm to 50mm size 800 x 600mm with consolidation pressure of up to 250psi in large or small batches.
We have presses for the manufacture of mouldings and sheet up to 200 x 150 x 3600mm. These presses have been specially made for composite beams and supports for many different applications.
In our CNC routing workshop we specialise in routing, drilling, reaming, countersinking, threading and grinding of mouldings, sheet and tubes. We can fit inserts, metal or composites fittings and any form of attachments onto or into mouldings.
In our dedicated workshop we can machine materials up to 4000mm x 2000mm in X and Y-axis and 200mm in Z-axis. We also make all our compression tooling in house, this gives us the exacting fit required to obtain good finish time after time
