We have now become a world leading company and provide priming, bonding and adhesion solutions to the rubber and textile industry sectors.

We pride ourselves on offerong a highly flexible and qualified service and boast lead times as short as a week. We can manufacture in small quantities or up to 100 metres of fabric.

We offer a selection of RFL dipped nylon and polyester fabric for adhesion to nitrile, Neoprene and natural/SBR rubber.

Our RFL dipped nylon and polyester fabric can be supplied for specialist niche markets. We can do RFL dip fabric in runs of 1,000 metres or less.

We were one of the first companies in the world to develop the solvent-free technology for fabrics for adhesion to silicone rubber.

This development can be applied to other rubbers with peroxide curing systems and the assortment of yarns and fabrics we can use has grown substantially due to new chemicals and processes. Our fabrics for adhesion to silicone rubber now include the majority of yarns used in knitted and woven fabrics.

Further more, we have pioneered the development of a new water-based bonding system. It can replace solvent dipping and help fabric for adhesion to natural/SBR, neoprene, nitrile and EPDM rubber. Essentially, it can bond fabrics from the range of sulphur curing rubbers.

Originally, RFL dipping processes were only possible for Nylon and activated polyester fabric. Now this fabric for adhesion to natural/SBR, neoprene, nitrile and EPDM rubber offers a wealth of solutions to other fibres. It can also bind aramid, glass fibre and non-activated polyester.

We also offer rubber coated fabric to our customers. This rubber coated fabric has rubber calendered on to it and can be supplied uncured or cured.

 

We offer a comprehensive list of special treatments and our wide range of machinery allows us to offer dipping, drying and curing using a variety of chemicals.

As well as chemicals for adhesion to fabrics and rubber, we also process fabrics for silica treatments and weavelocking. We are always willing to discuss our special treatments and advise you on the best solution for your requirement.
