Dutton Simulation was created to provide access to high technology, computer-based solutions to the challenges faced by our clients, chiefly in the manufacturing sector.

We are experts in the application of computer simulation and are focussed on the application of these methods to maximise the sales and minimise the costs of our clients, whilst maintaining a profitable business.

Our company aims to serve our clients as a trusted ally, providing the loyalty of a business partner combined with the economics of an outside vendor.

Our goal is to identify the optimum simulation system and assist in implementation with bespoke training; alternatively, we supply simulation as a service to industry.

Systems from FTI (FASTBLANK, FASTFORM) and ETA (DYNAFORM) are available.

Training courses covering sheet metal formability and welding & assembly are also provided - attendees include designers and engineers working in sheet metal, whether users of simulation or not.

Company founder Trevor Dutton (CEng MIMechE) has been working in forming simulation since the early 1990s (and in non-linear FEA since the mid-80s), and has pioneered many of the techniques in use today.
