JK Design & Manufacture has a continuous investment policy that ensures the business is able to offer competitive sheet metal products using the latest technology. Our 16,000 sq feet premises houses CNC controlled lasers, punching and press brake machines.

Our Company is a specialist subcontract sheet metal manufacturer providing a high quality product to a wide range of industrial markets, globally, including renewable energies, computing & electronics, food & drink handling systems, industrial machinery & refrigeration, gaming and vending, transportation and retail.

We process sheet steel (CR4, galvanised and stainless), aluminium and zintec materials mainly in light gauge and have extensive facilities that enable us to offer a full fabrication service.

Batch sizes vary from below 10 to 1000 depending on the project and the equipment we have gives us the flexibility to respond to our customers' needs. Lead times range from 24 hours to more typically 10 working days and this is normally driven by complexity of product and  again, customer requirements.

Design has been supplying the amusement and gaming industry with steel components since 1999 and is renowned for its reputation to supply high quality components with an excellent service. Having a wide customer base, means that supplies vary from simple fixing brackets to the complete concept design and manufacture of steel cabinets. With a strong design facility, JK offers its customers an alternative to the norm, bringing in new shapes and features whilst maintaining the practicalities required to facilitate ease of build.

Supplying a wide range of parts to the pusher manufacturers, JK works to manufacture complex assemblies that are powder coated or polished and chrome plated.

The company has a portfolio that includes the design and manufacture of player tracking units in stand-alone and wall mount versions; traditional casino style cabinets; twin-screen video cabinets and change machines to name but a few.
