Airmatic Ltd has many years experience in the design, manufacture and installation of ventilation systems and associated equipment.

We specialise in:

•      Ventilation - HVAC is an initialism/acronym that stands for "heating, ventilation and air-conditioning". This is sometimes referred to as climate control.

These three functions are closely interrelated, as they control the temperature and humidity of the air within a building in addition to providing for smoke control, maintaining pressure relationships between spaces, and providing fresh air for occupants. In modern building designs, the design, installation and control systems of these functions are integrated into a single "HVAC" system.

•        Acoustic Housing - to house virtually any type of noise-making plant and machinery, from printing presses to compressors, pumps and standby generating sets.

Soundproof Observation/Control Rooms and Offices - provide employees with protection from the risk of hearing damage and a proper, quiet working environment, despite often being located in noisy areas.

•        Spray Booths and Ovens - are designed to remove fumes from industrial environments such as paint spray shops, ensuring healthy and suitable working conditions and compliance with inspectorate requirements. Special paper filters are used to which any sticky particles adhere, allowing a large volume of fume laden air to be extracted from the area.

•        Manufacture - Our modern manufacturing facility in Manchester provides the level of quality demanded by our clients and allows us to deliver products to agreed programmes.

Ventilation equipment is produced by our fully qualified sheet metal workers using CNC plasma profiling and CNC folding machines which are an essential part of the service which we offer.

•        Installation - We have a dedicated team of qualified installation staff who can install our systems to exacting standards while working to the levels of safety now expected within the industry.

All our installation staff carry CSCS and ECITB health and safety accreditations to enable us to offer a friendly, efficient and safe service while our teams are working on site.
