CPS was established in 1989, and is wholly owned subsidiary of Riello ElettronicaGroup from Italy. We directly employ Sales and Service engineers that are based at the Hitchin head office and throughout the UK.

Along side this we have representatives in Ireland, enabling a efficient and quick response to both service related callouts and sales enquires. We offer a "total power solution" for knowledgeable clients that would like guidance and assistance with all factors of their poer installation including:

Our Sirius P UPS uses DSP (digital signal processing) and IGBT to obtain the highest possible level of on-line double-conversion performance (VFI-SS-111), as defined within IEC EN 62040-3 and is suited for any critical IT or Industrial applications.

In view of our long-standing relationship with a large Diesel Generator supplier, we are able to provide competitive proposals for enclosed standby-by and prime rated generators from 10kVA to 3MVA. Using mainly Cummins and Volvo engines, all setsare fully load tested prior to dispatch and can be configured for multi-set paralleling.

In most cases these units incorporate electronic governing, automatic start-up upon mains failure and either automatic changeover panels.

At our manufacturing facility in Milan, Italy we undertake witness testing.

On our brief factory tour your representative will be chaperoned by a CPS staff, you will also view a comprehensive test procedure within the dedicated test platform using your purchased UPS unit.

Standard Test Procedures

• Short Circuit and Overload Tests
• Parallel Testing (if applicable)
• Static tests at various load levels
• Dynamic tests, including Mains Failure & Return

On completion you will receive a full report of all waveforms and measures.

We also offer the facility for any additional or non-standard testing if requested at the enquiry stage.

• Thermal Imaging
• Output Synchronisation Tests (if applicable)
• Burn-In tests
• Resistive/Reactive Load Bank testing

Accomodation and standard flights will be included within our costs, if you request any special requirements at the enquiry stage we will try to fullfill these.

We have a network of directly employed engineers & remote stock hubs covering the UK including Scotland & Ireland. Doing this provides 24 hour contracts all inclusive of labour and parts, during and after the warranty period.

All of our customers who have Maintenance Agreements take priority. Engineers at CPS have vast experience in servicing UPS and selling, this means our engineers offer the best support for our UPS stock.

We can keep watch on your UPS system 24-7, with two way modem communication, enabling us to interrogate your UPS even before we get to your business.

Our 'CPSwatch’ is a ‘add-on’ service integrated with our standard maintenance agreements. This utlilses a standard anaolgue and GSM modem configured, supplied by CPS Ltd as part of the package.

If the installed UPS experiences an alarm condition, CPS service centre is notified immediately and can respond efficiently and quickly.

For a small fixed annual fee, "Constant Power Services Ltd" provides you with comprehensive insurance, giving your UPS system reliabilty, if a problem dose happen we diagnoise and respond with utmost urgency.
