Custom Text Fixtures
PINN-IT provide a wide variety of custom test fixtures depending upon customers requirements.
We specialise in drilling and routing Acrylic, G10, fibreglass, FR4, SRBF and SRBP using a Pluritec Minina CNC pcb drilling machine to ensure maximum accuracy. We cater for prototypes, small batch and production runs.
All units are manufactured in the U.K.
Coda Fixture
Std Coda fixture customised for dual pcb probing.

Custom “flash test box” for insolating pcb under test.

Custom LED assy test
Spring Loaded Cover Plate
Press type fixture in G10, incorporating a spring loaded cover plate to protect the probes, counter and HP testjet.
Manual Jig
Low cost manual jig with hinged and locking lid. Probe plate is also hinged for access to internal wiring.
Small Low-Cost Manual Jig
Small low-cost manual jig. Any panel can be routed to accept connectors.
