Discreet Panic Alarms

In an emergency situation, 'panic' alarms can be activated discretely on the mobile phone, even whilst the keypad is locked. Mobile LWP will also request assistance for the lone worker if they are unable to activate the panic alarm. This is done by the routine welfare check `timed out’ function, which automatically raises the alarm there and then.

Vigilo is Crystal Ball's asset tracking system developed to track valuable company assets such as plant equipment and trailers that may have a limited/non permanent power supply and that operate in harsh environments.

The small and compact Merlin 800 tracking device is a GPS tracker and forms an integral part of the system. When installed on a trailer the merlin 800 internal battery continually charges from the main vehicle power supply whilst connected (powered through the sidelights). When the trailer is disconnected from its power source the merlin 800 detects this and switches the internal battery to a power saving mode to extend its life-up to three years without a recharge (subject to rates of transmission).

The Merlin 800 is an extremely rugged unit which is dustproof and waterproof to a 1m depth (IP67 rating) making it ideal for trailer and plant tracking.

Mobile Monitor is the handset monitoring app available from Crystal Ball. This unique application goes beyond the traditional information provided by itemised bills from the mobile networks which only provide historical outgoing call and text information details, monthly in arrears.

Mobile Monitor is the first application available which reports in real time on all call and text information on the tracked handset. The Mobile Monitor call log report includes all dialled calls, received calls, missed calls, with time and date stamp, and can be used to see when the mobile is being operated whilst on the move.
