Our PU mouldings service offers you a range of flexible solutions. Our PU mouldings produce unique and stylish instrument enclosures with internal fixing details and structural properties.

We combine our PU moulding experience with a history of PU moulding technology development to allow us to offer you high quality products tailored to your requirements.

Our injection moulding CAD provides our customers with a low cost tool moulding service to produce the quantity and technical requirements they need.

Using injection moulding CAD we can provide fast resin composite moulding tools, CNC machined aluminium moulding tools, side-cored and loose blocks integrated into all of our moulding products and the production of SLA and SLS prototypes.

The injection moulding materials we use are in accordance with the PU moulding system S1120/11. The injection moulding material is flame-retardant polyurethane foam suitable for high and medium density mouldings.

Our injection moulding materials are completely CFC-free and have an ozone depletion potential of zero.

Our moulding inserts include brass inserts to provide 140 lbs pull strength when moulded in 3mm around the insert and equates to a 12mm diameter boss for an M3 or M4 inserts.

Our moulding inserts also include Tappex Yardley Type C inserts for shorter inserts.

We offer superior PU injection mouldings and design for the ultimate creative PU moulding and offer our expert advice on any projects.
