3D Digitising
We use the latest technology to create 3D digitising of freeform surfaces. Our COMET and T-SCAN systems are flexible and mobile units which are perfect for a wide range of industries. The COMET5 is a one camera machine which is fast, accurate and ideals for demanding applications. Our COMET L3D is a new 3D digitising system that uses two cameras to create excellent quality easily and faster than before. If you need a handheld device the T-SCAN 3 is the perfect laser scanner as it is compact, easy to use but still creates high quality results. We can also provide inspection software to evaluate data collected. The INSPECTplus can be used online or at a later time to suit your requirements.
Surface Inspection
If you are looking for excellent surface quality, of for example a vehicle, then our ABIS ll surface inspection system can help. It has an advanced sensor system that can quickly find 3D defects such as dents, sink marks and cracks that may normally go un-noticed. By using this surface inspection tool at an early stage you will save valuable time and money during a manufacturing process.
Vibration and Deformation Analysis
We have three products to assist your vibration and deformation analysis. These include the ESPI and PulsESPI which are both highly precise and very flexible to optimise and ensure high quality within aerospace, heavy and automotive industries. Our vibration and deformation analysis systems work with our FRAMESplus software to assist all optical measuring techniques such as free boundary, interferometry, holography and projection fringes.
Shearography
Our Intact and ISIS shearography systems offer an inspection method to find areas of damage or deformations on parts under stress. The Intact system is a shearography tyre test system to analyse the tyre without causing damage and is the perfect system for the quality control of a new product. Our ISIS system is a hand held machine which can detect defects such as cracks, wrinkles, waves, dents and debondings on a variety of materials.
